Services

The six workflows that quietly eat a small business.

Each one is a fixed-scope project. Each one has been built before. Pick the one costing you the most and start there.

Inventory sync across store, warehouse and accounting

The pain

Stock is right in one system and wrong in the other two. Oversells, dead stock and angry customers follow.

What I build

A scheduled or event-driven sync that treats one system as the source of truth, pushes changes everywhere else, and flags discrepancies instead of silently overwriting.

  • WooCommerce
  • Amazon
  • Odoo
  • SAP B1
  • Dynamics
  • Custom ERPs

Invoice & purchase order processing

The pain

Supplier invoices sit in an inbox, get printed, re-typed and lost. Early-payment discounts are missed and duplicates slip through.

What I build

Attachments are captured, read, matched to the PO and posted to accounting. Only exceptions reach a human, in a queue with one-click approve.

  • Xero
  • Sage
  • Outlook
  • Gmail
  • SharePoint
  • OCR

Lead capture, routing and CRM hygiene

The pain

Website forms, marketplace enquiries and inbound calls land in five places. Half get a reply two days late.

What I build

Every enquiry is normalised, de-duplicated, enriched and routed to the right rep in minutes, with follow-up tasks created automatically.

  • HubSpot
  • Pipedrive
  • Salesforce
  • Typeform
  • Webflow
  • Slack / Teams

Reporting dashboards that build themselves

The pain

Someone spends half a day a week exporting CSVs and massaging a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts.

What I build

Data pulled from every source on a schedule into one dashboard, with the same definitions every time. The Monday report arrives at 7am.

  • Power BI
  • Looker Studio
  • Google Sheets
  • Postgres
  • Metabase

Legacy system integration

The pain

The system that runs the business is 15 years old, has no API, and the vendor quotes six figures to replace it.

What I build

A safe bridge around what exists: database connectors, file watchers, scheduled exports and screen-level automation where nothing else works. No migration required.

  • SQL Server
  • MySQL
  • SFTP
  • CSV/EDI
  • AS/400 exports
  • RPA

Customer & employee onboarding workflows

The pain

Every new account means ten manual steps across billing, access, email and documents. Something always gets skipped.

What I build

One trigger kicks off the whole sequence: accounts created, documents sent, access provisioned, tasks assigned, and a checklist that proves it happened.

  • Microsoft 365
  • Google Workspace
  • DocuSign
  • Stripe
  • Notion

FAQ

Scope and ownership questions

What if my workflow is not on this list?

The list is the common ground, not the boundary. If a human is copying data from one place to another on a schedule, it can almost certainly be automated. Describe it on the audit call.

Do I need to buy new software?

Rarely. Most projects run on tools you already pay for, such as Power Automate inside Microsoft 365, plus low-cost infrastructure when a custom service is needed. Any new subscription is agreed before I start.

Who owns the automation afterwards?

You do. Everything runs in accounts you control, with documentation and a handover video. You can hand it to an internal developer or another agency at any time.

Can you work with our IT department?

Yes, and I prefer it. I follow your security policies, use the access you grant, and document every connection so IT can audit it.

Next step

Not sure which workflow to start with?

That is exactly what the audit is for. Bring the process that annoys you most and leave with a plan and a price.
