Experienced web developer turned automation engineer. I have spent years building the systems that move data between the tools businesses actually run on, and I would rather sit across the table from an owner mapping a broken process than tweak a landing page.

Most automation agencies sell a platform and a retainer. I sell an outcome: a specific manual process you are paying for today that you will not be paying for next month. That is why every engagement starts with an audit, every quote is fixed, and every build ends with you owning the code and the accounts.

How I work

• In the room, not on a ticket. I want to see the spreadsheet, the inbox and the sticky notes. The real process is never the one in the handbook.
• Boring technology on purpose. Reliability beats novelty. I use the tools your team already pays for whenever they are good enough, and write custom code only where they are not.
• Exceptions go to humans, everything else goes away. Good automation does not remove people from the process. It removes the parts of the process people hate.
• You can fire me cleanly. Documentation, a handover video and full ownership mean you are never locked in.
